Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about arenaflex product offerings to assist customers effectively and make suitable recommendations.
  • Order Management: Manage order-related tasks, including tracking shipments, processing returns, and facilitating exchanges.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues + Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions + Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Required Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred + 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment + Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Pet Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the pet industry or with animals
  • Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or Mandarin
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
