Job Summary
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing orders, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our Data Entry Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a remote part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Clarify orders as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and orders.
- Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
- Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
- Great telephone etiquette a must.
- Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
