Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, and email, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on previous interactions, schedule visits, and offer promotions

Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
