As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
- Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
