Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize quantitative analysis and data visualization to uncover insights and inform business decisions across various departments, including customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

• Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of changes on business outcomes.
• Work with junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and compelling storytelling techniques.
• Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement, working with teams to implement changes and measure their impact.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact results.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis, with experience working with tools like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Chartio, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.

• Experience working with large datasets, with a strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, with experience applying them to real-world problems.
• Certification in data science or a related field, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
