Job Summary

As a Hurricane Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer care.

Schedule

We understand that flexibility is key, and that's why we offer a range of schedule options to suit your needs. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. Whether you're a morning person or a night owl, we'll work with you to ensure that you have the flexibility you need to succeed.

Earnings & Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client and the specific project you're working on. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, so your hard work and dedication will directly impact your earnings.

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM: You'll need a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM to ensure that you can handle multiple tasks and applications simultaneously.
  • Wired USB headset with microphone: You'll need a wired USB headset with microphone to ensure clear communication with our clients' customers.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed: You'll need high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed to ensure seamless connectivity and minimize downtime.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed: You'll need to have valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed to protect your computer and our clients' data.
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad: You'll need a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad to access our program work and authentication app.
