Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Assess customers' needs and provide accurate, timely, and personalized solutions to resolve their inquiries and issues
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our support
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and experience
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records and support future interactions
- Upsell products and services as needed to enhance customer value and satisfaction

Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
