Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Representative to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Member Contact Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional member service via phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional member service via phone, email, and online chat, responding to financial inquiries and resolving member issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Uncover opportunities to recommend financial solutions that help maintain the member's relationship with arenaflex.
- Assist members with service requests and provide solutions on a variety of financial accounts, including loans, credit cards, and deposit accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and provide personalized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in member service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including service level agreements and member satisfaction targets.
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial institution or related industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a non-member facing call center environment.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and deposit accounts.
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Financial Counselor (CFC).
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members who speak multiple languages.
