Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
• Issuing membership cancellations
• Fielding in-bound calls with a friendly and courteous demeanor
• Responding to customer emails and live chat requests in a timely and professional manner
