Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on inventory, pricing, shipping, product details, and more.
  • Efficiently managing customer orders received via phone, fax, and email, ensuring accuracy and clarity before processing.
  • Entering orders accurately into our computer system and coordinating with the warehouse to prepare and ship orders.
  • Confirming shipment details with the warehouse, finalizing paperwork, and preparing orders for billing after dispatch.
  • Fostering excellent relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and feel valued in every interaction.
  • Supporting sales representatives by responding to various requests and providing necessary information.

Working Hours

Our standard working hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, we may require flexibility to accommodate peak periods or special events.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service within a similar industry.
  • Experience with order processing and familiarity with warehouse shipping procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor in both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations, such as meeting tight shipping deadlines and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail in data entry, document generation, and deadline management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Solid math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and shipping rates.
  • Reliable, fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Education

A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Experience

We're looking for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a similar industry.
