Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supporting vulnerable customers
  • Maintain and update customer-related information systems to ensure accurate records and efficient issue resolution
  • Respond to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, as appropriate
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of arenaflex's product ranges and services to provide exceptional support
  • Serve customers across the product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in contact or call center environments (entry-level and experienced positions available)
  • Good to excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
