Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our data management team as a Data Entry Clerk. This is a part-time opportunity that offers the flexibility of working remotely while contributing to the efficient handling of data for our esteemed organization. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating data accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
  • Generating reports and summaries as required
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Updating and maintaining databases and records
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role (prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
