Key Responsibilities:

- Provide information about products, services, and company policies in a professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for further action
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computers, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
