Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product or service information. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide solutions efficiently via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot product-related problems, and ensure follow-up when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies in a professional manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for further action
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using computers, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
  • Must have a quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
