The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls and chats. You'll work closely with our clients' members or customers, providing personalized support, education, and solutions to their queries. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls and chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues

  • Gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Educate customers regarding tax preparation products and services, ensuring they're well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions
  • Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including arenaflex's proprietary technology and client-specific software
  • Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and adaptability
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's values and mission
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
  • Accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Be responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required

Experience Required for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment
  • Tech support experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated area to work from in your home
  • Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access/WIFI is not permitted)
