Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and resolving travel-related inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Participating in virtual training sessions and ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, arenaflex Airlines policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
