Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members or customers
- Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage to provide accurate information and support
- Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, etc., to address member inquiries and concerns
- Processing claims inquiries, including handling billing and payment issues, and providing self-help options such as member portal access
- Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, Grievances/Complaints, and managing LEP inquires and disputes with empathy and care
- Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs, to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Providing local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist to support member needs
- Utilizing strong written and oral communication skills to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
Experience Required for Your Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 months Call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare a plus
- Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and care in all interactions
- A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a minimum speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access is required)
