With a limited number of support requests currently, you'll have ample time to learn our system, get familiar with our product, and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to our customers
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and maintain comprehensive help center documentation
  • Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter to ensure a smooth user experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone
  • Staying up-to-date with product updates and enhancements to ensure accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in native-like English, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English
  • Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally)
  • Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and experience with setting up DNS records for websites using CNAME and CAA DNS records (a huge plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and help desk tools
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-learning platforms
