Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
  • Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
  • Processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console
  • Utilizing our Customer Contact Tool, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with our Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service processes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • A proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service within CCS
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Experience with order management and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
