Responsibilities and Duties
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Sharing your passion and expertise with customers, creating a unique and effective shopping experience
- Using arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations
- Familiarizing yourself with arenaflex's site and media, as well as competitor products and services
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
- Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Typing at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form
- Explaining complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level, providing clear and concise answers to their questions
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as an IT Chat Specialist, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems
- Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
- A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
- The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, at the customer's knowledge level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- A strong typing speed of at least 35 wpm, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation and Perks
As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll enjoy:

Technology Details
To ensure a seamless and effective experience, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
- A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
- Reliable sound output (this can be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
