Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team on a 3-month contract basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for promoting our Pure Wick system to potential key decision-makers through targeted phone calls and emails. Your primary goal will be to set up appointments with our National Account Managers, providing a brief introduction to our product and its benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize a targeting list to make phone calls and send emails to potential key decision-makers for our Pure Wick product

  • Provide a brief introduction of the product, highlighting its benefits and features
  • Set up appointments with our National Account Managers to discuss the product further
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, organizational skills, and communication skills
  • Use basic Microsoft Excel or Word functions to track progress and maintain records
  • Comfortable calling or emailing decision-makers, including setting up appointments
  • Collaborate with our National Account Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel or Word functions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the medical device industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (optional)
