Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers through telephone sales, Live Chat, and E-Mail support, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
• Selling extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Offering exceptional customer support for customers who have purchased items, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Reviewing online orders to provide online fraud protection, ensuring the security and integrity of customer transactions
• Tracking and expediting orders on a daily basis, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet, to enhance their shopping experience
• Gaining knowledge of current and new products, with the ability to communicate their features and benefits to customers
• Attending product and sales training meetings as requested by sales management, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
