Job Summary: As a Hospitality Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize the HOST SIDE of Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia websites to manage guest communications and resolve issues * Work with Beds24 software to manage guest bookings and communications * Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintenance requests * Notify management of urgent issues, such as same-day cancellations, date changes, lockouts, and other guest concerns * Participate in group chat discussions with the team to provide early check-in to guests and respond to messages * Check and respond to Airbnb messages twice daily, as well as check messages on other channels and complete computer work once daily * Read and respond to Airbnb and VRBO reviews once a week, logging all negative comments * Assign housekeeping shifts based on daily reports and send emails to management at the end of each workday Essential Qualifications: * 1+ year of experience in hospitality customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment * Knowledge of Beds24 software and experience working with the HOST SIDE of Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia websites * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Availability to work 3 days a week, with a minimum of 3-5 hours per day Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with multiple property management systems and software * Knowledge of Google Voice app and ability to use it for customer service purposes * Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: arenaflex is committed to employee growth and development.
