Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI and live chat support products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of new products and features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Defining product requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize features to ensure alignment with business objectives.
