The Financial Analysis and Reporting Team

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for providing critical insights and data-driven solutions to support business growth and decision-making. As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights, and drive business outcomes
  • Perform data analysis and modeling to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and business leaders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data entry, or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • High proficiency in Excel, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field

  • Experience working with financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of programming languages, including SAS, SQL, or Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or other similar platforms
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
