Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Ancillary Revenue team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers, to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and business acumen will enable you to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain complex data models, including predictive models, to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
- Participate in peer reviews and code audits to ensure high-quality code and data-driven solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or related field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Certification in data science or a related field
