Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team, working on a part-time basis (8 hours per week). As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media analysis capability, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models, using tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI
- Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with paid media science team and marketing groups to develop media blend models
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues, using data to identify root causes and drive recommendations
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and drive decision making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills, with experience working with databases and data modeling
- Proficiency in at least one business intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases)
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java)
- Experience with data science tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
