Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate on our evening shift, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers in a friendly and relatable manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day
- Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Role Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
- A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and product. A finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.
