Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment, you'll respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues.
• Use process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Develop technical acumen to effectively resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Essential Qualifications

• Work from home in a quiet and dedicated workspace.
• Prior call center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies.
• Capability to develop technical acumen to effectively resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong client-facing orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.

Education

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
