Experienced Customer Support Representative - Czech Speaking

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via email, social media, and phone. You will be the face of our brand, and your enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism will make all the difference. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms, including Facebook, X, and Instagram
• Maximizing opportunities to showcase our products and services
• Handling general customer queries, such as missing orders, payment issues, product availability, and recommendations
• Dealing with order queries, including cancellations, returns, and modifying orders
• Maintaining and improving sales skills, product knowledge, and competitor knowledge
• Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals
• Providing the best possible customer experience at all times

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a bi-lingual English and Czech-speaking individual with a passion for communication and customer service. You should have:

• Proficiency in Czech and English (oral and written)
• Flexibility to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 12 midnight
• A minimum broadband speed of 10mbps and a private, distraction-free location to work from
• A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to navigate social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A spotless record, free from any credit, criminal, or disciplinary issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, experience in community managing and engaging on social media would be a plus.
