The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers through live chat and email in a thoughtful, caring, and efficient manner
- Troubleshooting straightforward and complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on new product features and improvements
- Collaborating with teammates to learn and improve ways of working together and helping each other and our customers
- Achieving set targets for pace and quality in live chat and email
- Identifying system issues and communicating with our Product Operations team
- Identifying non-standard customer experiences and escalating issues
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an individual who is:
- Available for a consistent daily shift for a schedule of 40 hours a week, with weekend and holiday coverage when our customers need us
- Based in one of the following states: Colorado, Oregon, or Washington
- Experienced in assisting customers through chat and email support, with strengths in grammar and spelling
- Strong in reading comprehension to help identify the cause of a problem
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote role
- Capable of managing ambiguity and adapting to change
- Previous customer support experience is a bonus
- Able to work in a quiet, distraction-free space with a dedicated room, ergonomic chair, and desk
- Uninterrupted, reliable network connection

Cash Compensation Range
The hourly rate for this position will vary based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location, among other factors. The cash compensation range is $48,000 - $56,000 USD.
