Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and updating various types of data into our database. You will maintain a high level of accuracy and complete tasks within established deadlines. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, verify, and update various types of data into our database

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and complete tasks within established deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data management systems and processes
  • Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
  • Proficient in typing and data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate concepts and terminology is a plus
