The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey at arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of clients' onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience
- Providing pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
- Offering post-booking support according to customers' needs
- Supporting customers during their trip to give a great customer experience
- Representing the voice of the customer and influencing product development roadmap
- Liaising between arenaflex customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
- Working independently while receiving support from a broader team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native English speaker
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
- Experience working with support and CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, Front, Zendesk, and Intercom
- Preferably In-Resort team experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
- Ski experience (advantage)
