Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
