As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Help Desk technicians and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into arenaflex's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk, including whether the issue was resolved or requires further coordination with the customer
  • Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and are kept informed of updates
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer service software
  • Knowledge of technical support principles and procedures
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services (not required but a plus)
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (not required but a plus)
