Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a full remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report assembly, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Data Entry: Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Report Assembly: Assemble reports and reconcile discrepancies, using industry software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Organizing and Prioritizing Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Office Clerk Experience: At least 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Industry Software Experience: Experience with industry software, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Physical Demands

The Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist will be required to:

  • Organize Office Systems: Organize various office systems, adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for proper records development and/or management.
  • Computer Use: Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
  • Physical Activity: Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with occasional lifting or carrying of light objects.

Benefits and Compensation

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, with flexibility to work remotely
