Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve package delivery issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating to management when required
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence

What You'll Need to Succeed:
To excel as a Customer Care Associate, you'll require:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
