As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately, providing information regarding products, policies, and services.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and documenting customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service and meeting customer satisfaction goals.
- Providing excellent communication skills, handling stressful situations calmly and efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency in basic computer functions, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
