Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Guest and Reservation Management: Process reservations, manage guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
  • Virtual Property Management: Coordinate with property owners, manage property listings, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, manage cleaner schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Airbnb Customer Support: Address guest issues, resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Success Metrics

To measure your success in this role, you will be evaluated on the following key performance indicators:

  • Quick Response Rate: Maintain a rapid response rate to all guest inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Guest Issue Resolution: Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, aiming to resolve problems within 3 hours or ASAP.
  • Review Rating: Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, demonstrating exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience: Familiarity with the short-term rental industry and experience working with guests, property owners, and cleaning services.
  • Availability to Work during Normal U.S. Business Hours: Ability to work during standard business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience with Airbnb Customer Service: Familiarity with Airbnb's customer service platform, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to Work with Multiple Technology Platforms: Proficiency in using various technology platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and tools as needed.
