Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guest and Reservation Management: Process reservations, manage guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
- Virtual Property Management: Coordinate with property owners, manage property listings, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, manage cleaner schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Airbnb Customer Support: Address guest issues, resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Success Metrics
To measure your success in this role, you will be evaluated on the following key performance indicators:
- Quick Response Rate: Maintain a rapid response rate to all guest inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Guest Issue Resolution: Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, aiming to resolve problems within 3 hours or ASAP.
- Review Rating: Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, demonstrating exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience: Familiarity with the short-term rental industry and experience working with guests, property owners, and cleaning services.
- Availability to Work during Normal U.S. Business Hours: Ability to work during standard business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Airbnb Customer Service: Familiarity with Airbnb's customer service platform, policies, and procedures.
