We're seeking a driven, curious, and passionate product manager to join our AWS Field Experiences (AFX) team. As a Technical Product Manager, you'll be responsible for deeply understanding the processes, complex systems ecosystem, and interpersonal networks that our salespeople navigate every day. Your mission will be to identify key areas for investment and develop globally scaled products that help our sales teams become the world's best.
About the Role
In this exciting position, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Dive deep into our salespeople's lives to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
* Develop a deep understanding of sales and sales operations, as well as the technologies that power them
* Simplify, accelerate, or force multiply the effectiveness of our sales teams
* Write press releases that imagine what we would say to customers on the release date of a new product
* Determine when it's appropriate to build, improve, or integrate existing features for a more cohesive end-to-end customer experience
* Ideate, incubate, and iterate on ideas until they're ready to present to leadership for review, acceptance, and funding

Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management experience, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
* Strong technical background and proven track record of product management
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
