Job Description

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product and service information. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
