What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Service Manager - Call Center (Fully Remote) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the call center, with a focus on call metrics and quality assurance
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance, including optimizing the use of Amazon Connect for call handling
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring call center agents to build a strong and diverse team
  • Monitoring and analyzing call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Collaborating with the VP of Client Experience to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect and its applications in call center operations
  • Proven experience managing a remote team and leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams and drive business growth
  • A proven track record in managing and improving call center operations, with a focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction
