Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to web inquiries through chat and engage with customers in SMS sales conversations
- Manage email correspondence and provide phone sales assistance
- Support the Sales Manager in various administrative tasks
- Participate in responding to social media posts and enhancing our online presence
- Collaborate with supportive colleagues to achieve collective success and foster a positive work environment
