Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls and answer questions from clients regarding their healthcare plans, including prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients to help them better understand their healthcare benefits and options.
- Offer solutions to clients to resolve their issues and improve their overall healthcare experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
