Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex Healthcare Support Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and answer questions from clients regarding their healthcare plans, including prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients to help them better understand their healthcare benefits and options.
  • Offer solutions to clients to resolve their issues and improve their overall healthcare experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Partners degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to resolve issues in a positive and helpful manner.
