Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
- Operating the register and handling cash transactions with ease
- Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting our products
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, exceeding their expectations at every turn
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives

Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently around the store
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with the ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination and the ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
