Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Representative/Customer Service Professional, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their travel package goals. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client requests, and working closely with our team to create personalized itineraries.   • Surprise and delight each client by innovating ways to provide exceptional experiences.
  • Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Apply for payments and send out payment reminders to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Manage flight changes and seat assignments to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations.
  • Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
  • Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, and advise on what should be printed no later than 3 weeks before departure.
  • Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required.
  • Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure accurate records.
  • Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Manage client profiles and bookings to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours.
  • Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be a driven self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and high level of trustworthiness.

  • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-oriented are essential for this role, as the position offers a significant amount of responsibility with accountability for results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Team player who is willing and able to "roll up your sleeves" to complete a project.
  • High degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and its trends.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an asset.
  • Experience with cloud-based CRM systems and other travel-related software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
