Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by managing technical assistance requests, submitting tickets into our Help Desk system, and providing timely updates to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in career growth and development in the Information Technology and Customer Service sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process technical assistance requests from customers via phone, email, or online chat

  • Open and submit requests into the arenaflex ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
  • Email responses to customers to ensure exceptional customer service and timely updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide coordinated support
  • Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

* Experience with arenaflex's ticketing system or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
