Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and compliance

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule
