Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through phone calls. Your primary goal will be to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet our clients' customers' needs. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, and will be expected to perform your duties without supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products
