Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for addressing the concerns and needs of our elderly and disabled community members. This is a fast-paced, insurance-based program that requires a high level of commitment to member healthcare needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our product and/or service
  • Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services

Key Responsibilities

* Provide empathetic support to elderly and disabled community members, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner

  • Document all call-related information, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-based environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and other relevant tools

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
