The Role

As an arenaflex Brand Champion, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service that sets us apart from the rest. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers across various industries, including cable/telecommunications, education, financial, retail, healthcare, and more. Your primary goal will be to provide one-call resolution, resolving customer issues, answering general questions, and identifying opportunities for product enhancements that drive customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life of an arenaflex Brand Champion

  • Interact with customers across various industries, providing solutions to their problems and answering general questions
  • Utilize your troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Focus on one-call resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a single interaction
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for product enhancements that drive customer satisfaction

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
  • Ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
